Every studio starts on a 30-day free trial with no card required and nothing held back — the full product, so you’re evaluating the real thing rather than a demo.
Keeping an eye on it
Owners and admins see a quiet banner counting down: N days left in your free trial, then Last day of your free trial — always with a See plans link beside it. It gets more prominent as the date nears, which is the polite version of a reminder.
Need a little longer?
If the trial ends mid-decision, there’s a one-off free extension — Not quite finished deciding? Take a one-off free extension — no card needed. Select Add 7 free days and the app unlocks immediately. It’s claimable once, by an owner or admin, from the web.
If the trial ends
The staff app pauses behind a plan picker. Nothing is deleted, and the screen says exactly that: Everything you set up is safe — students, schedule, invoices and payment history are all here. Choose a plan to carry on exactly where you left off.
From that screen you can:
- choose a plan — you’re straight back in as soon as checkout completes (the app unlocks itself, no refresh needed)
- download your data as CSV — it’s yours, whatever you decide
- open your billing portal, if you’ve already paid or need to fix a card
Parents are never locked out: families keep their portal, their invoices and their ability to pay you throughout.
Who can choose a plan Only an owner or admin. If that isn't you, the screen tells you who to ask rather than leaving you stuck.
