Do you charge per teacher?
No. Every tier above Solo includes unlimited teacher accounts. Hire your tenth teacher and pay exactly the same as you did with three — that’s the whole idea.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, no credit card required. Need longer? There’s a one-off 7-day extension built in, no card. After the trial your studio locks safely — nothing is deleted, you can export everything, and subscribing reopens it exactly where you left off.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Any time. Annual is billed once at roughly two months’ discount (~17%); switch to monthly whenever you like. Cancel any time — no lock-in.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — move up or down whenever you need. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at your next renewal.
Are the integrations included?
Stripe, Xero, Google Calendar and the public API are included on every plan — no add-on fees. The ChatGPT/Claude connector is live on every plan (read-only). WhatsApp is the only channel with a real per-message cost, so it’s an optional prepaid pack you control — currently in early access.
Do I need a sales call for the Agency tier?
No. Every tier is self-serve, right up to Agency at £119/mo — published pricing, no gatekeeping, no demo required.
What does it cost to move from another tool?

Which currencies do you support?
Pricing is in GBP. International cards are billed in GBP via Stripe, so studios outside the UK can subscribe too.
