The agreement between your studio and LessonLoop.

These terms govern your use of LessonLoop, provided by LessonLoop Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity of users you invite. You must have the right to store the pupil and guardian data you add, and to send the messages you choose to send.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in GBP. Trials run 30 days with no card required. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; annual plans are refundable pro-rata if cancelled within 30 days. Optional prepaid message packs are non-refundable once consumed.
Acceptable use
Don’t use LessonLoop to break the law, send unsolicited bulk messages, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
Your studio’s data is yours. You can export it at any time, and we delete it on request per our Privacy Policy. We act as your data processor for studio data.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep LessonLoop available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
