Where do these numbers come from?

From you. We multiply your admin hours by your teaching weeks and what your time is worth — no hidden benchmarks, no made-up industry averages. Change an input and the answer changes.

Do I have to give you my email?

No. The calculator runs entirely on this page, sends nothing anywhere, and isn’t gated. We’d rather be useful than collect addresses.

Will LessonLoop remove all of that admin?

No tool removes admin entirely, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What it automates is the heavy recurring lines — invoicing, reminders, registers, reconciliation, reports — which for most studios is the bulk of the weekly grind.

Why does the LessonLoop line use the School tier?
