When several people can edit the same calendar and the same invoices, “who moved that lesson?” needs an answer that isn’t a guess.
Where it lives
Settings → Advanced → Audit log.
What it shows
A table of changes, newest first, with four columns: When, Who, Action and Item. You can search the log and filter by type, so tracking down one afternoon’s billing changes doesn’t mean scrolling past a term of lesson edits.
It’s read-only, deliberately
You can’t edit or remove entries. A history you can quietly rewrite isn’t a history — the whole value is that it’s the one part of LessonLoop nobody can tidy up after themselves.
If the log is long, LessonLoop tells you so plainly — it shows the most recent entries and says how many.
Who can see it The audit log is for owners, admins and finance roles — teachers don't see it. It records changes to your studio's data; it isn't a staff-monitoring tool, and it doesn't track what anyone read.
