Scales sheets, backing tracks, a scanned handout — the same files go out to student after student. Upload each one once and share it where it’s needed.
Where it lives
Teaching → Resources in the left sidebar. It’s also reachable from the Resource library button on the Students page.
Upload a file
Choose to upload a resource — Add a file your teachers can share with families — and give it a Title, a Category and an optional Description. Files can be up to 50 MB each.
PDFs, audio and images all work, and LessonLoop previews them in-app so nobody has to download a file just to check which one it is.
Share it
Share a resource with the students who need it. Shared resources appear for those families in the parent portal, where they can open or download them — no logins to hand out, no email attachments to chase.
You can also attach resources to a specific lesson from that lesson, so the material sits with the session it belongs to.
Sharing is deliberate Nothing in the library is visible to families until you share it — uploading is safe to do in bulk while you get organised.
